As you can see, I’m just getting this site off the ground, so my apologies for there not being a bazillion blog posts up yet!

I wanted to put this site together mainly to help folks who are new to the Instant Pot or are considering getting one, to help them get started. This crazy little gadget has made a real difference in our kitchen, and I hope it does in yours, as well.
