How To Slice Cheesecake – Sheer Genius

I’ve always struggled with how to slice cheesecake (like this one that I made recently) without making a mess of it. Now I know a much better and stupid simple way, thanks to this quick video by Kitchen Conservatory!

One qualification that I discovered while making the aforementioned cheesecake: if the crust is really thick or hard, the floss can break. Soooo, how about a cheese wire like this one? I think I’m gonna have to add that to my Instant Pot accessories…
